THE FRENCH JEWELRY INDUSTRY IS UNDERGOING A TRANSFORMATION: 2 DAYS DEDICATED TO TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS AND THEIR KNOW-HOW 

The 12th edition of “Précieuses Confluences” will take place on Wednesday, November 6th and Thursday, November 7th, 2024, at the headquarters of the Union Française de la Bijouterie, Joaillerie, Orfèvrerie, des Pierres et des Perles (UFBJOP) in Paris.
A key event for France’s jewelry industry, Précieuses Confluences will involve all international and French participants in the dynamic of innovation due to new technologies and the skills of employees throughout France.

Networking Day 1 – Innovation: New technologies for the jewelry industry

On Wednesday, November 6th, French and international brands from all segments: jewelry, fashion and accessories, watchmaking, the French workshops will meet in a speed-networking session the new French players in the innovative and technological fieds serving the jewelry industry: surface treatments, machines, AI, development units.

Networking Day 2 – Skills Attractiveness: Abilities, employment and human resources issues in France

Thursday, November 7th, will focus on the challenges of manufacturing skills, employment and human resources, and new skills in the fields of CSR and sustainable development for all players in the jewelry industry.

PROGRAM

MODULE 1: Innovation: New technologies for the jewelry industry

To attend Précieuses Confluences, you must be :

  • a French or international buyer, decision-maker, brand representative or retailer;
  • a representative of a French workshop, facility, craftsman, stone and pearl dealer, jewelry designer, digital designer, production studio.
  • a player in new technologies and/or innovation fields applied to the jewelry industry.

Wednesday, November 6th

Registration open from 9.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
Attendees take part in up to 14 30-minute meetings between 9.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m.

Breakfast and a buffet lunch will be provided to allow attendees to network throughout the day.

MODULE 2: Skills Attractiveness: Abilities, employment and human resources issues in France

To attend this session, you must be :

  • a French institution and/or association in
    skills development, well-being at work
    and employability
  • a representative of a French jewelry brand, production studio, workshop, facility, craftsman, stone and pearl dealer, designer, gouache artist, digital designer.

Thursday, November 7th

Registration open from 9.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
Attendees take part in up to 14 30-minute meetings between 9.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m.

Breakfast and a buffet lunch will be provided to allow attendees to network throughout the day.

The 12th Précieuses Confluences will be hosted at a prestigious venue – the historic headquarters of the UFBJOP and spiritual home of France’s jewelers, gold- and silversmiths and lapidaries, where those working in the industry have come together for the past 150 years.

Up to 400 30-minute business meetings will take place on Wednesday, November 6th, and Thursday, November 7th, 2024.

Complete your form by October 11th, 2024
The description of your company will be published in the catalog of attendees.
Potential partners will use this information to decide whether they want to meet with you.

Search on the online catalogue

The online catalog goes live three weeks before the event.
Use the search engine to find potential partners.

Request your meetings

Each attendee must draw up a list of those they want to meet.
It is important that you list plenty of people to ensure you have a full schedule.
Arrange your list in decreasing order of priority, with those you most want to meet at the top.
